2 dynamic tool schedule table introduce:
As per figure 1 to show the shift schedule, as two table, the first small table to show the key words selection, then there is a select button, the select button is very important for this shift schedule, will introduce it later in this paper
The second schedule table is big table which includes one year shift schedule, it will automatically be generated according to first small table selected, for example if the first table select 35 days cycle, then second table will be generated 5 weeks cycle, if select 28 days then it will be generated 28 days, 4 weeks table.
Then the table shows the weekly day from Monday to Sunday as WD, to show the cycle days CD from day 1 to the first table selected, for example to show up to 35 days which depends how may days cycle selected.
After that table to show each individual team shift schedule, the table use “D” to show day shift, use “N” to show night shift, if nothing on that days, that means it is days off. This also will be generated by first small table selected how may shift.
Underneath of the team shift is detail dates, the month was separated by different color, the even month and old month color is different which can be selected after login. The current day is showing yellow color which can be changed by selection after login.
The red color is showing the holiday, for different country, which can be selected by login
If you use mouse to click the individual cell in the red cell there is another small table pop up to tell which shift you selected and what is the holiday is, figure 2 is showing small table after I click May 24, the small table is showing date, week day, team, duty, your note (if you login in and has a note in that day) and holiday

“Select” button includes also the calculation and function for this tool, now start test for this button:
Test 1, change year
Let’s select 2022 year, see what is will be happen on this tool, it will show the 2020 schedule for 2022, in the meaning time schedule changed, and holiday also changed.

Test 2 Change cycle and change country:
Change cycle to 28 days cycle, country change to china, use the drop on the first table and select cycle to 28 and also the same way to changed the country to “China”, then click “select” button”, the tool will automatic generate another table, the results is showing

From the figure 4, you can see the table change to 4 week cycle and color change for the old and even month, and also changed the vacation display, due to China have long vacation arrangement, so it is showing different holiday pattern.
Test 3, select another schedule,
At the small table, using different schedule to “zhujiang” then is figure 5, it is showing the “zhujiang” schedule which use Chinese character to show their schedule
